Mom & Baby Yoga is an hour-long yoga class is designed to share the joy of yoga with your new baby. Inspired by Hatha Vinyasa yoga, this mommy and baby focused class brings together physical poses, breathing techniques and songs to gently strengthen your body and calm your mind.
Yoga is a great way to re-strengthen your body after birth, starting from the inside out, while also allowing you to bond with your newborn in a positive environment where you can relax, share experiences and find support from other moms.

*No previous yoga experience is necessary, however students are asked to check with their doctors prior to enrolling for class to ensure they are physically ready to participate in a yoga class.
